FAQ

Storm damage questions

Is wind damage covered by homeowners insurance?

Wind damage to siding, roofs and porches is often covered by standard homeowners policies, subject to your deductible. Some policies carry a separate windstorm deductible. Your policy and your adjuster decide coverage; we bill your insurance company directly for the covered work.

What should I do right after wind damage?

Make sure everyone is safe, take photos of the damage from the ground, and call your insurance company to open a claim. Then call us at (201) 503-4388. If wind opened the roof or siding, we can help keep more water from getting in.

Can you match my existing siding?

We replace damaged siding and trim to match the rest of the house as closely as possible. When an exact match isn't available, we talk through the options with you and your adjuster before any work starts.
