Insurance questions
Do I have to use the contractor my insurance company recommends?
In general, you have the right to choose your own licensed contractor. Check your policy and talk with your adjuster. If your insurance company referred you to us, we already work within their claim process.
How does direct insurance billing work?
With your authorization, we bill your insurance company directly for the covered work. You pay your deductible and anything outside the approved scope, such as upgrades you choose.
Do you handle wind and storm damage claims?
Yes. We repair siding, roofs, porches and entry canopies damaged by wind and storms, and bill your insurance company directly for the covered work. Your policy and your adjuster decide what is covered.
What documentation do you provide for a claim?
We document the loss with photos, moisture readings and a written scope of work so your adjuster can review the claim.
